一、与旅行社的运作标准
目前,我国在酒店与旅行社之间尚无运作标准,但规范应当是个趋势,从制度上保证双方共同的利益而合作,也便于进行监管。美国旅行社协会为建立一套与酒店想的营业关系与运作标准,提出了一些原则,也可以为我国制订类似制度提供有益参考。
1.收费标准与预订
酒店应随时制订并发布一种收费标准一览表,列出各种房间及其他服务的最高及最低的收费额。一览表的收费标准应可适用于所有顾客,不管他是直接订房或是通过旅行社代理预订。业已公布的一览表收费标准应予严格遵守,直至新的一览表公布为止,或者直至代理人收到书面通知改变收费标准为止。
旅行社或代理人仅可根据酒店规定的收费标准提出报价与推销,但如由于实际的需要或顾客的需要或顾客的要求,他们可以不受这种标准限制而接受订房。

代理人提供服务后,一切款项如经酒店自行直接收取,则代理人应得之佣金,酒店应在收款后三十天内结算付给代理人。
3.广告
酒店与代理人双方所作之广告均应切合实际,尤应注意广告格调的高雅,并应避免可能导致误解言词。
广告中如果列有最低收费标准,应该肯定而明确地指出最低标准,不可含糊其辞。
代理人为其酒店服务时,不可在言词上明示或暗示各家酒店的相互比较情况。
代理人与顾客之间的往来关系,北京酒店VI设计应当予以尊重。在以后的生意中,即使酒店可以直接向该顾客销售产品,仍应当通过代理人处理。
代理人有义务展示或分发酒店提供的小册子或其他类似的广告宣传品。
4.一般条款
代理人与酒店之间的关系应维持营业上的道德标准,对方对于顾客或社会大众亦应如此。
如果酒店委托的代理人并非美国旅行社协会的会员,且其待遇较其会员优厚,则会员亦有权享受此种同等待遇。
5.争执
双方如有任何争执,包括佣金的争执在内,可由酒店将争执事项提交酒店协会,并有代理人将争执事项提交旅行社协会共同调解。
酒店对代理人如有索赔的要求,或代理人对酒店有此要求,均应于合理的时间提出。
